“It was Thanksgiving Day of 2006, Caregiver from another agency who should be helping my husband with personal care and hygiene has not arrived.  After 2 hours of waiting, I called the agency and all I get is an answering machine.  I went to the yellow pages and found an agency in the neighborhood, it was Atlantis Homecare.  I called the number, someone picked up right away and I asked, is this a calling center?  The other end of the line answered no, this is Atlantis Homecare and we can personally assist you if you need help.  Needless to say, their presence alone on a holiday like Thanksgiving Day made me right away switch from the old agency to Atlantis Homecare.  Gladly it was not an emotional decision.  Up to this date, we stick with Atlantis Homecare, they are the only home care provider for us.  They are truly dependable and respectful.”

Atlantis Homecare is a non-medical home care agency specializing in providing personalized, client-centered quality care and companionship to Senior Adults, the Disabled and new Mothers in the state of New York.

Our Home Care Program provides assistance to individuals whose daily routines have been challenged due to accident, illness, injury or simply aging. Our service assignments can be temporary or long-term to assure that our clients retain the ability to live in their homes independently, safely and economically.

Each of our Client is assigned an Atlantis Homecare administrative staff member and Personal Caregiver to work closely and continuously with that Client in their own home.
