“My parents always come to New York during the summer and stay in Florida for the winter.  For 2 summers that past, my parents would not settle for any home care agency in New York but Atlantis Homecare.  The agency can always be reached and it’s always easy to change the hours and agreed care details even in the last minute (for a journalist like me, it is so important).  My father was in and out of the hospital last year and in few occasions, at the last minute, when the Caregiver was already on the train, I had to change the location of care from home to hospital, needless to say, the immediate change was honored and my mother and father were happy to see Grace to help them.  For some reason, the agency and its Caregivers are so reachable any time of the day.  That’s just so relieving.”
