“Ahh, this agency is so responsive. I always have Caregivers in and out of my apartment and this agency is so much different than any agency I have tried. There was one incident when I told the agency owner that the relieving Caregiver they sent is not performing the same level of care like the one I always have. I was surprised that the agency actually picked up my favorite Caregiver and asked her to at least provide 2 hours of care. The agency van provided transportation both ways to the Caregiver who, from what I was told was preparing herself to be a bride’s maid for the next day wedding. I was so flattered, that was really the kind of customer service an elderly like me would need. Thank you very much Atlantis Homecare, I hope there’s more like you.”
